He was the Dean, Faculty of Management Sciences, University of Ilorin. Also, the former Chairman, University of Ilorin Admissions Committee. A member of the Academy of management Nigeria. A fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria. He is also a member of Nigerian Institute of Management. An external examiner to a number of Universities in Nigeria, Professorial assessor to many Universities. He has supervised over twenty M.Sc, students with many PhD graduates. His current research span through General management and Entreprenuership. He is a 21st century entreprenuerial coach.
